Key Job responsibilities:
1.Lead new mold DFM review and make sure it is reasonable and feasiable, attend mold design review and provide comments, if it is copy mold, provide lesson learn to optimize mold.
2.Follow up new mold fabrication status and work with team to find solutions if something happened during machining, provide weekly report to customers and support customer's requirement actively.
3.Follow up mold trial and mold PQ, lead whole team to investigate issues and provide mold optimization(work with customer if needed). If over standard optimize times, organize team to discuss and fix issues
4.Provide lesson learn for each molds after CAF and put in public folder
5.Quote modification and spare parts, follow up mold modification and confirm before assembly, make sure on time delivery with good result
任職要求：
1、學(xué)歷學(xué)位：本科以上學(xué)歷，模具設(shè)計、機械設(shè)計及自動化，工業(yè)工程等相關(guān)工科專業(yè)，
2、工作經(jīng)驗：有3個月至1年工廠實習(xí)工作經(jīng)驗，且從事過CNC技術(shù)員、工程設(shè)計、電氣工程師、工藝工程師、機器人工程師等技術(shù)背景崗位工作；
3、能力要求：個人語言表達、邏輯思維、受挫力、抗壓能力等較強的優(yōu)先錄用；
4、個人規(guī)劃：有清晰的3-5年職業(yè)規(guī)劃，有上進心，愿意同公司進步者優(yōu)先考慮；
5、英語 4 級以上
