Job Responsibilities:
1.Follow the sales budget and lead the teams of sales & sales agents to explore new customers/ business. Conduct regular review with customers to ensure achievement of BD strategic goals and sales revenue.
2.Work closely with the management team to plan, drive and execute sales and business strategies on business development plans to achieve business growth and success
3.Handle pre-sales works, sales/ projects follow up for both current and new customers.
4.Participate in commercial negotiation, including pricing to secure profitable business and manage overall issues related to the customers handled.
5.Partner closely with our Product Management, Engineering and Program Management teams to ensure the development of an engineering solution meeting customer needs by an agreed timeline
6.Understanding manufacturing operations and works closely with internal departments
Job requirements:
1.Tertiary education or above
2.5-8 years or above experience in business development/sales teams management, in motor industry will be an advantage;
3.Prefer if have engineering knowledge in motors design & manufacturing
4.Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
5.Good writing and verbal communications skills in Mandarin. Proficiency in English will definitely be a plus.
6.Travel for customers’ visits and CCJX plant.
7.Station in Shenzhen
