3）因為外貿(mào)行業(yè)時差性；可以以業(yè)績?yōu)閷?dǎo)向，常規(guī)加班（不強(qiáng)制在辦公室，以工作結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向，下班后和時差客戶溝通）；周六日雙休；
4）踏實認(rèn)真，抗壓能力強(qiáng)；
