職位描述：
1）根據(jù)年度招聘計(jì)劃及部門人員需求，執(zhí)行公司的招聘流程，完成人才招聘任務(wù);
2）維護(hù)和開發(fā)招聘渠道，包括人才市場、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、溫州市內(nèi)和外地校園招聘等渠道，確保公司的人力需求;
3）組織和實(shí)施招聘活動(dòng)，包括簡歷甄選、面試安排，面試，薪資談判、offer發(fā)放、體檢安排、跟蹤入職流程及入職手續(xù)的辦理；
4）完善人事系統(tǒng)中的員工基本信息及員工入職資料審核、員工檔案管理；
5）負(fù)責(zé)員工的試用期考核及轉(zhuǎn)正、組織異動(dòng)、人員異動(dòng)、人員離職管理等手續(xù)辦理；
6）協(xié)助開展公司內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)工作，如新員工培訓(xùn)，試用期崗位培訓(xùn)的組織協(xié)調(diào)和安排；
7）出差做溫州以外分公司人員管理；
職位要求:
1）?？萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷,人力資源或管理類相關(guān)專業(yè),有人力資源相關(guān)證書優(yōu)先考慮;
2）三年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3）熟練操作office系列日常辦公軟件；
4）良好的口頭和書面表達(dá)能力，良好的溝通組織協(xié)調(diào)能力；
4）可以去外地出差校招或者溫州外分公司人員招聘和入職管理培訓(xùn)
