Overall Mission崗位概述:
Be responsible for technology guidance and improvement on production equipment and public facilities. Be responsible for preparing proposal plan of new production line, specifications of new equipment and installation/commission of equipment.
負(fù)責(zé)全公司生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和公共設(shè)備的技術(shù)指導(dǎo)及改進(jìn)工作。負(fù)責(zé)全公司新增生產(chǎn)線的方案設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備選型及安裝調(diào)試工作。
Key Responsibilities工作職責(zé)：
1．Be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all production equipment and public facilities. Set up the preventive maintenance plan according to production plan, and lead the preventive maintenance, online repair, root cause analysis of equipment malfunctions, equipment improvement maintenance, spare parts preparation and its safety stock.
負(fù)責(zé)公司所有生產(chǎn)設(shè)備及公用設(shè)施的維修保養(yǎng)，根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃制定生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和公用設(shè)施的年/月度預(yù)防維修保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃，并帶領(lǐng)維修技術(shù)人員根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的安排完成設(shè)備、設(shè)施的預(yù)防維修保養(yǎng)、在線維修、設(shè)備故障根本原因分析、設(shè)備改善、備品備件準(zhǔn)備及安全庫(kù)存建立。
2．Cooperation closely with the user of equipment and facilities. Provide the information and technical support on operation and malfunction of equipment and facilities. Provide flexible,safe and fast response service.與設(shè)備、設(shè)施使用部門緊密合作，提供設(shè)備設(shè)施的日常運(yùn)行與故障解決方面的信息與技術(shù)支持，提供靈活、安全、快速響應(yīng)的服務(wù)。
3．Be responsible for the technical proposal and document of Capex project, it includes the proposal design, equipment selection and technical specification for new production line or equipment, modifying project, etc..負(fù)責(zé)公司投資項(xiàng)目技術(shù)方案及技術(shù)文件的準(zhǔn)備，包括新增生產(chǎn)線（設(shè)備）和改造項(xiàng)目的方案設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備選型及技術(shù)要求的編制等。
4．Be responsible for the implementation of Capex project incl. the intelligent construction and automation. Participant the technical negotiation of the Capex project. 負(fù)責(zé)公司投資項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施，包括智能化建設(shè)和自控方面的技術(shù)改造的實(shí)施。參與投資項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)談判。
5．Be responsible for managing the electrical equipment files incl. technical document/drawings, spare parts list, malfunction record and analysis, preparation/audit/application of documents maintenance.負(fù)責(zé)管理設(shè)備電氣檔案，包括技術(shù)資料、備件清單、技術(shù)圖紙、故障記錄及分析，維修相關(guān)文件的編制、審核、應(yīng)用等。
6．Be responsible for technical support and training on electricians.
負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)維修技術(shù)員的日常管理，并對(duì)其提供技術(shù)支持及技術(shù)培訓(xùn)工作。
7．Timely report work progress to his superior and do other work assigned by his superior.
及時(shí)向上級(jí)主管匯報(bào)工作進(jìn)度，完成上級(jí)主管交辦的其它工作。
Ideal candidate profile資歷要求:
1.4-year college or above, majored in machinery, electrical automation or relation. More than 5 years work experience, Foreign company with priority.
機(jī)械自動(dòng)化或電氣相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科以上學(xué)歷，5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，外企經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
2.Understanding with the principle of machinery, hydraulic drive, electrical automation, high-low voltage distribution, etc.. Be familiar with the performance characteristics, specifications and application of different sensor, hydraulic components, PLC, HMI, FC and motor driver. Be independent to accomplish the PLC programming of new project and modify existing PLC program.
懂得機(jī)械原理、液壓傳動(dòng)和電氣自動(dòng)化。熟悉各類傳感器、液壓元件、PLC、人機(jī)界面、變頻器和電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)器的性能特性、技術(shù)參數(shù)及應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景。能獨(dú)立完成改造項(xiàng)目的PLC程序編制和現(xiàn)有PLC程序的修改工作。
3.Experience on people management with over 20 and independent project leader management. 有20人及以上管理和獨(dú)立的項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4.Be responsible for EHS in Maintenance department. 負(fù)責(zé)維修部的EHS工作。
5.Good English on reading and writing.
