- Participate in new project transfer, responsible for new process, equipment, fixture, tooling design and qualification

- Provide both theoretic and hands-on training for workers
為產線員工提供理論和實操的培訓
- Process problem diagnosis and troubleshooting
生產過程問題的分析以及解決
- Work together with QE to solve the products quality problem
和質量團隊合作解決現(xiàn)場產品的質量問題
- Continuously optimize manufacturing process to improve product quality and production capability to meet customer requirement
對生產過程的持續(xù)改進，提高產品質量和生產能力以滿足客戶的需求
- Communicate with HKI specialist to get technical support
保持和芬蘭專家的溝通以獲得必要的技術支持
- Capex control and IDM management
- All other tasks assigned by line manager or company
完成其他由上級主管或公司安排的工作或任務
- Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

- BS degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or equivalent degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Analytical problem solving
- Valve and Actuator assembly experience is a plus
- Hard working, teamwork, and strong communication skills
- Familiar with Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Solidworks
- Good command of English understanding both in writing and speaking- -
