It is a two-year fixed term contract. Renewal of contract will depend on the availability of social impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute workplans, track progress through conclusion, and provide reporting to internal Sesame team and partners, as helpful and required
2. Advise on educational curriculum and manage content localization process in collaboration with local partners and experts.
3. Manage and oversee executive of funded community engagement budgets.
4. Supervise and coordinate local and global content development and review and track all related documents through approval processes ensuring timely deliver for project execution and implementation.
5. Manage day-to-day activities, logistics and relationships to maintain project(s) by providing continuing technical and program management assistance to local partners and continually evaluating partnerships for areas of further assistance and support, communicating successes and challenges with the internal Sesame team.
6. Supervise and manage project partners to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes through effective communication
7. All the other duties assigned by leadership
Desired qualifications
1. A bachelor or higher degree in, preferably, early childhood education, education, psychology, child development, international development, or other relevant social sciences.
2. Preferrable minimum 3-year experiences in non-profit organization, or experiences in managing social impact/philanthropy projects in other organizations.
3. Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin
4. Excellent communication skills, and ability to interact and manage a variety of partners.
5. Experienced in project management; able to work as a team player
6. Be proactive, reliable, responsible, hands-on and accurate with an attention to detail
