Responsibilities:

Verify existing mechanical systems compliance, including HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage system, Gas supply, Fire Protection System etc

Lead the audit/inspection/****ing for existing mechanical system ,such as : installation quality, functional ****ing or ****ing witness, etc

Mechanical system design review against Chinese National Code and client specifications.

Mechanical System technical consultant for spot missions.

Provide technical inspection/support during new project construction and commissioning phases.

Implement Mechanical system ****ing and commissioning on site, such as, chillers, boilers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VAV boxes, VRV System, etc...



主要工作職責：

1、審核既有建筑內(nèi)的機電系統(tǒng)合規(guī)性，包括暖通空調(diào)、給排水系統(tǒng)、燃氣系統(tǒng)、消防系統(tǒng)等。

2、帶隊執(zhí)行既有機電系統(tǒng)的審核/檢查/測試，例如：安裝質量檢查，功能測試或測試見證等。

3、根據(jù)國家規(guī)范和客戶規(guī)范進行機電系統(tǒng)設計審查。

4、擔任現(xiàn)場機電系統(tǒng)顧問

5、在新項目建設和調(diào)試階段提供技術檢查/支持。

6、現(xiàn)場執(zhí)行機電系統(tǒng)測試和調(diào)試，如冷水機、鍋爐、泵、AHU、FCU、VAV、VRV 系統(tǒng)等...



Requirements:

HVAC or Plumbing Bachelor degree or similar

3+ years working experience in construction or facility operation/maintenance

Sound knowledge of Chinese codes and standards

Good team work player

Good reporting skills, proficient in MS Office Software and AutoCAD

Basic English reading and writing skills, spoken English is a plus

Frequent travel and good heath required

Accept flexible working time, sometimes need to full time onsite for 3~6 months.



1、暖通或給排水專業(yè)本科學位或相關專業(yè)本科學位

2、3年以上建筑或設施運營/維護工作經(jīng)驗

3、熟悉中國規(guī)范和標準

4、良好的團隊合作精神

5、良好的報告能力，精通MS Office軟件和AutoCAD

6、基本英語讀寫能力，英語口語者優(yōu)先

7、需要經(jīng)常出差和良好的健康狀況

8、接受彈性工作時間，有時需要全職現(xiàn)場工作3~6個月。
