Job Title: Ocean LCL product manager Department: Cluster Ocean Product Location: Shanghai Job Purpose1. Define and drive LCL product strategy in conjunction with the global LCL product strategy in North Asia cluster (GCN, JP and KR)2. Setup and directly manage LCL gateways in North Asia LCL strategic locations.3. Analyses cargo flow, consolidation cost, load factor, net-achieved P&L for LCL product. 4. Work with counterpart clusters’ LCL manager to identify new consolidations lanes to build 5. Work closely with BD on LCL production promotion and support bidding to secure new business. Key Accountabilities1. Setup and directly manage LCL Gateway in strategic locations within North Asia Cluster.2. Streamline the working process to maximum efficiency and operational excellence.3. Provide product development plan to Cluster Ocean Head and investment proposal required in building our own consolidation loads.4. Enforce compliance with LCL core carrier policy and direct consolidation network planning.5. Directly manage strategic global and local LCL suppliers.6. React quickly to market changes by effective pricing practice7. Monitor and measure ocean LCL carriers and CFS operators; track local performance reviews and consolidation performance feedback for cluster review.8. Drive LCL product innovation and solution design in collaboration with the involved BD owners to ensure growth, incentive to sell and improved commercial positioning of CEVA to current and future clients.9. Ensure the operational excellence based on global working process.10. LCL talents hunting and development. Knowledge, Experience & Skills1. University level or above 2. 8 years ocean freight LCL product management experience; 3. 3 years manager level experience4. Fluent Mandarin and English5. Master Microsoft Office Suits;6. Project management skills;7. Data analysis skills;8. Strong presentation skills;9. Good interpersonal skills, be able to communicate well with internal and external parties10.
