Job Description:Act in projects as an Project Team Member or Project Leader Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviewsPreparing and completing action plansCoordinate with manager on Project development and manage to determine and assess project needs.Ensure all departments working to meet common timeline, ability to solve the problems during the project development.Implementing production, productivity according to quality requestMeets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.Report on a regular base to the superior & project owner, arranging Project Team Meetings and guide Project Team Members according to company rules.Requirements:Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, engineering or related disciplinesWith 5 years or above working experience in manufacturing field Experience in metal or plastic based products will be preferredNeed at least 2 years in project management, familiar with projects in regard to new product introductionsskillful in CAD software Good command of English in speaking and writingStrong team working ability and self-motivator職責：1、3年以上鈑金及塑膠類產品項目管理經驗2. 項目前期開發(fā)（樣品階段），能獨立完成DFM、報價等工作。3、運用3D及2D軟件進行零件展開分析（如CAD）。4、編制BOM表，工藝指導書等工作。5、能現(xiàn)場解決技術問題。6、領導或協(xié)助與項目團隊共同進行項目進度跟蹤。7、能以英語為工作語言溝通項目進度及撰寫項目管理相關報告崗位要求：1.五年以上的機械制造業(yè)加工工作經歷，具有2年以上項目管理經驗，2.熟悉機械加工工藝如沖壓、輥軋、表面處理等，有車間實際操作經驗及報價經驗優(yōu)先。3.熟練使用AUTO CAD, 英語佳(上級為外籍人士）4. 具有較強主動溝通能力，特別是在有壓力和不確定因素條件下的主動性5. 邏輯思維能力強，學習意愿與學習能力強；6.具有嚴謹?shù)目茖W態(tài)度和細節(jié)把控能力，結果為導向的工作方式
