Position Summary 職位綜述：
1.Be responsible for production and living facility management. Include factory building, heating and ventilation, energy utilities security and optimization, landscaping maintenance, EHS, firefighting and security management, office and dormitory facility management.
負(fù)責(zé)全廠生產(chǎn)及生活設(shè)施管理，包括廠房土建，暖通等生產(chǎn)性設(shè)施建設(shè)維護(hù)，水電氣等能源保障及優(yōu)化，廠區(qū)綠化保養(yǎng)，EHS，消防及安保管理，辦公室及員工宿舍設(shè)施管理。
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities 職責(zé)及責(zé)任：
1.Be responsible for new building design/budget/construction/monitoring/checking and acceptance;
負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)籌新建工程的設(shè)計(jì)/預(yù)算/施工/監(jiān)督/檢查/驗(yàn)收；
2.Be responsible for facility repair and maintenance, include buildings, energy utilities, heating and ventilation, landscape etc.;
負(fù)責(zé)廠務(wù)維修和管理，包括土建，暖通，水電氣，廠區(qū)綠化等；
3.Be responsible for EHS, safety and security, firefighting management;
負(fù)責(zé)EHS，安全保障及消防設(shè)施管理；
4.Be responsible for production and living facility construction, acceptance, repair and maintenance, and control the 5S of the process;
負(fù)責(zé)生活/生產(chǎn)廠房設(shè)施的安裝，驗(yàn)收，維修，保養(yǎng)等過程中的環(huán)境管理及控制；
5.Manage the suppliers of facility construction, repair and maintenance;
負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)設(shè)施施工，維修，保養(yǎng)的分包商實(shí)施管理；
6.Manage the spare parts of facility and utility;
負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)施備品備件
任職要求：
Requirements 要求
1.Bachelor Degree in mechanical-electrical integration related or above is must.
機(jī)電一體化或相關(guān)本科以上學(xué)歷。
2.+5 years experience in facility and utility management.
在設(shè)施管理領(lǐng)域5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.Experience with general office computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.);熟練操作電腦相關(guān)軟件
4.Written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English;英語口語及讀寫能力
5.Team work, cross function coordination, diligence and strong sense of responsibility;較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，跨部門溝通能力
