SYNOPSIS

Responsible for creating a welcoming center atmosphere for customers, providing customers withquality service; Support COM and liaise with the other functional team to ensure three primary targetscan be met: 1) Create high level service and excellent customer experience; 2) Control center costand optimize operating process; 3) Contribute to the growth of center net internal revenue.

QUALIFICATION
資質(zhì)要求
English Level: EF Level 8 or above.
英語水平：英孚英語級(jí)別測(cè)試8級(jí)或以上。

Education: Bachelor Degree or above.
學(xué)歷：本科或本科以上學(xué)歷。

2 Years’or above service relevant working experience/1 year’s or above education relevantworking experience.
兩年或以上服務(wù)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者或一年及以上教育行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive center operational and service excellence, creating a customer-focusservice organization, where customer can enjoy their experience at an EF center.
提高運(yùn)營(yíng)效率和服務(wù)質(zhì)量、營(yíng)造一個(gè)以客戶服務(wù)為導(dǎo)向的工作環(huán)境，從而提高客戶在EF中心的體驗(yàn)滿意度。

Create pleasant physical environment and excellent English learning atmosphere. Ensure
English is the major language in center.
營(yíng)造舒適的中心學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境和良好的英語學(xué)習(xí)氛圍。確保英文在中心作為主要溝通語言。

Responsible for student’s satisfaction and service coverage. Accurately execute companystandard student lifecycle system for assigned students.
負(fù)責(zé)中心學(xué)生滿意度以及完成學(xué)生跟進(jìn)覆蓋率。按照公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)周期管理服務(wù)流程，對(duì)自己所負(fù)責(zé)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的跟進(jìn)。

Improve customer’s experience by delivering relevant service programs targeted at differentcustomer segmentation to satisfy their service needs; and be able to adjust service programdelivery per student’s study progress.
針對(duì)不同類型客戶的服務(wù)需求，提供相關(guān)的服務(wù)項(xiàng)目，從而提高客戶的整體體驗(yàn)；根據(jù)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)展及時(shí)地調(diào)整服務(wù)項(xiàng)目。

Collaborate with Course Consultants and Trainers to contribute to the growth of center netinternal revenue, including course renewal, upgrade and referral.
配合中心課程顧問和培訓(xùn)師促進(jìn)中心凈內(nèi)部收入的良性增長(zhǎng)，包括課程續(xù)約、升級(jí)和推薦。
