RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責(zé)
1,Enhance leadership in shopfloor continually, training press shop technicians.
1,持續(xù)提高車間領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力，培養(yǎng)車間自己的點(diǎn)焊和熱成型技術(shù)人才。
2,Involve process and die audit review for new programs with ENG team, following new program try out from press shop side with ENG team and responsible the final buy off for spot equipment & HF dies.
2,參與工程方面的新項(xiàng)目工藝及模具開發(fā)工作，作為沖壓車間代表跟蹤新項(xiàng)目調(diào)試并對(duì)點(diǎn)焊設(shè)備和熱成型模具終驗(yàn)收負(fù)責(zé)。
3,Responsible for all downtime and scraps caused by production process and die issues.
3,對(duì)由于量產(chǎn)模具和工藝問題帶來的停機(jī)和報(bào)廢負(fù)責(zé)。
4,Edit and Supervise process documents (PFMEA, Flowcharts, Error-proofing plan, WI, Training documents) is implemented in production.
4,督導(dǎo)過程文件（潛在失效模式分析、流程圖、防錯(cuò)計(jì)劃、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書、培訓(xùn)文件）編制和在生產(chǎn)上被執(zhí)行 。
5,Support production manager to reduce production cost (Increase utilization rate, reduce consumable cost and increase productivity).
5,協(xié)助生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理降低成本（提高設(shè)備利用率、降低消耗品成 本及提高生產(chǎn)力）。
6,Continually improve teamwork in shop floor.
6,持續(xù)改進(jìn)車間團(tuán)隊(duì)工作（技能/培訓(xùn)、激勵(lì)、精神士氣、溝通）。
7,Maintain positive communication between departments.
7,各部門間保持積極的溝通。
QUALIFICATIONS 任職要求
1,Minimum 2 years work-related experience in an automotive environment.
1,至少2年的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)在汽車領(lǐng)域。
2, Bachelor degree in Tooling or Mechanical related major.
2,本科以上學(xué)歷，模具或機(jī)械等工科專業(yè)。
3,Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
3,極好的組織能力，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力及解決問題能力。
4,Strong Execution.
4,較強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力。
5,Good English skills written and verbal.
5,良好的英語(yǔ)書面和口頭能力。
6,Press experience is preferred.
6,具備沖壓經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
