崗位職責(zé):

2. 具有開發(fā)新客戶的激情和能力, 了解客戶需求和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)信息。
3. 熟悉并能夠?yàn)榭蛻舫浞值亟榻B西德福產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)及應(yīng)用。
4. 基于客戶的需求及時(shí)給予銷售建議。
5. 銷售實(shí)施進(jìn)程中各階段管理,確保及時(shí)響應(yīng)客戶需求。
6. 制定并實(shí)施銷售計(jì)劃以滿足業(yè)績(jī)期望與目標(biāo)。
7. 具備團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作和配合精神,為公司樹立良好的企業(yè)形象。
8. 自覺自律遵守公司各項(xiàng)規(guī)定。
9. 上級(jí)交付的其他工作。
崗位要求:
1.本??苹蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷,相關(guān)機(jī)械行業(yè)背景,液壓行業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2.3年或以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3.較強(qiáng)的溝通、表達(dá)、協(xié)調(diào)能力;
4.積極進(jìn)取,且具良好的分析能力;
5.適應(yīng)不同環(huán)境的團(tuán)隊(duì);
6.能夠經(jīng)常出差。
Responsibilities:
1. Good communication、appetency and influence skills , and to establish mutual trust relationship with customer;
2. Has the passion and ability to develop new customers, understand the needs and competitive information of customers;
3. Introduce the product’s technical characteristics and applications of Stauff familiarly and fully;
4. Prepare sales proposals based on customer’s needs and expectations;
5. Administrate all phases of sales process to insure response the customer’s requirement effectively and timely;
6. Develop and executes sales plan to meet performance expectations and requirements;
7. Good team cooperation spirit, set up good enterprise image for the company;
8. Comply with the company discipline consciously;
9. Mission assigned by Superior.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor/College degree or above, Mechanical Engineering background;
2. Minimum 3 years related working experience;
3. Strong capability of communication, expression and coordination;
4. Mature, aggressive, hardworking and with good analytical skills;
5. Able to work both in a team and an independent environment;
6. Willing to travel frequently.
