Main Responsibilities:
Trade Spending claims management and compliance
1.Ensure/drive full compliance of Trade Spending by field sales and distributors by on site distributor visit and AR/AP reconciliation
2.Drive timely raising of Trade Allowance claims by distributors with the right/qualified documentation.
Support the distributor rebate treatment in TSS and SAP
AR Management
1.In charge of the AR transactions such as reconciliation with retailers/distributors, offset AP and providing supporting for the invoice issuing to customers.
2.Carrying out routine collection of overdue receivables.
3.Supporting incoming payment allocation and ensuring clean balances in AR.
4.Processing needed adjustment in SAP for the issuing for invoice to customers.
5.Carrying out AR overdue monthly reporting.
6.Actively bringing up ideas for improvements and development in AR management process, including e.g. ways of working.
Ensuring compliance of the defined internal controls in AR management process.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor or above, financial & accounting
2. 2 years working experience in finance, preferable with AR/AP background
3. Communication Skills. Good command of Excel.
