主要職責(zé)Key responsibilities:1.負(fù)責(zé)反芻系列產(chǎn)品市場銷售過程中的技術(shù)服務(wù)工作，主要以牧場營養(yǎng)配方建議為主，輔以牧場管理建議及牧場現(xiàn)場各類問題的解決方案建議；Responsible for the technical service of Hendrix product , mainly in proposing formulations for pasture customers, and supplementing pasture management and pasture problems solution proposals;2.負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助銷售做前期市場開發(fā)工作，通過技術(shù)溝通，了解客戶的管理現(xiàn)狀，提出合理的改進(jìn)意見，幫助完成銷售工作Responsible for assisting pre-sales customer development, through technical communications getting customer status and suggesting reasonable improvement to help the sales;3.負(fù)責(zé)對現(xiàn)有客戶做持續(xù)的技術(shù)拜訪，了解客戶的管理現(xiàn)狀，共同明確改進(jìn)目標(biāo)，持續(xù)跟蹤客戶業(yè)績改進(jìn)，并對客戶的技術(shù)問題給予適當(dāng)?shù)慕忉?。通過技術(shù)溝通，使客戶能持續(xù)業(yè)務(wù)的合作；responsible for continuous technical visit with the existing customers to get the customer status, and to improve their target. Through technical communication to enable customers to continue to cooperate;4.和指定負(fù)責(zé)的區(qū)域銷售同事共同完成公司設(shè)定的銷售目標(biāo)；Responsible for completing the regional sales target together with regional sales colleagues;5.積極推廣公司的其他適合反芻業(yè)務(wù)的產(chǎn)品，擴(kuò)大公司的銷售業(yè)務(wù)；Actively promote other ruminate products to expand the sales;6.全面管理公司反芻類產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)管理工作；包括產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、產(chǎn)品宣傳資料設(shè)計(jì)等; Management the technical work of the whole ruminate related products of Nutreco, including product development, brochures design, etc.;7.全面管理反芻部的技術(shù)服務(wù)經(jīng)理隊(duì)伍的技術(shù)服務(wù)工作，完善技術(shù)服務(wù)的體系，使其更加符合公司客戶群的技術(shù)需求; Management of the technical service team, improve the technical service system to ensure in line with the technical needs of customer."
任職要求Requirements：1、專業(yè)及學(xué)歷要求Professional major and academic requirements：大學(xué)本及以上學(xué)歷，畜牧/獸醫(yī)/動物營養(yǎng)/市場營銷相關(guān)專業(yè)，碩士優(yōu)先 Bachelor degree or above, major in animal nutrition/marketing or related major, Master degree is preferred.2、職業(yè)化要求professional requirements： 有良好的從業(yè)口碑,職業(yè)化要求自己,品行端正good reputation, professional self-management, good behavior. 3、外語水平Foreign language： fluent Chinese and English4、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)work experience： 2+大型牧場工作經(jīng)驗(yàn). 2+ work experience in big dairy farms5、溝通技能communication skills： 表達(dá)清晰有邏輯good communication skills6、其它要求other requirements：能適應(yīng)長期出差capable for long-term business trip
