Key Accountabilities :
1.Carry on the Advance quality management in new project according to the customer APQP and BOS PEP+.
新項(xiàng)目時(shí)，根據(jù)客戶的APQP以及公司的PEP+流程，負(fù)責(zé)前期的質(zhì)量管理。
2.Check customer quality requirements and standards and Define and create a Quality concept and Identification of costs for sales including Testing, gauges and Test & check equipment.
核對(duì)客戶的質(zhì)量要求及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，制定質(zhì)量的概念，協(xié)助銷售部門核算測(cè)試、儀表和檢查設(shè)備的成本。
3.Start CTQ Process and Define critical quality features according to customer requirements and secure continuity.
啟動(dòng)重要質(zhì)量點(diǎn)流程，根據(jù)客戶需求及安全的連續(xù)性，定義關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量特性。
4.Manage the APQP quality meeting at the customer for the target
- CPK´s, Re-qualification plan, PPAP scope, EOL gauge / acoustic gauge requirement ,Special ****ing conditions/Testing fixture, requirements of vehicle safety, Special **** requirement, crash ****, acoustic ****.
全面負(fù)責(zé)APQP質(zhì)量會(huì)議管理：包括工程能力指數(shù)，再認(rèn)證計(jì)劃， PPAP關(guān)注范圍、最終工站計(jì)量器/噪音測(cè)量要求，特殊的測(cè)試條件和測(cè)試夾具，車輛安全的需求，特殊的測(cè)試要求，碰撞測(cè)試，噪音測(cè)試等。
5.Manage the Advance quality planning with suppliers:
ISPO+ application to ABPT and Coordinate the sampling list into ISPO+ by DC-Admin
管理供應(yīng)商前期質(zhì)量：完成首批樣件的申請(qǐng)，與總部管理員協(xié)調(diào)，完成樣件清單。
6.Check and release Functional model ( Prototype ). Create the documentation of the prototypes including Control plan, measurement plan & report for BOS and create the quality records / documents for delivery to customers.
檢查，釋放功能性樣件。創(chuàng)建公司內(nèi)部使用的樣件資料，包括控制計(jì)劃，測(cè)量計(jì)劃、報(bào)告等，以及交付給客戶的質(zhì)量記錄，文件等。
7.Manage the necessary documentation of Initial Sampling release, PPAP release to customer and review at the customer
負(fù)責(zé)客戶的首批樣件認(rèn)可和釋放、PPAP釋放及再檢查的所有文件，資料的收集，管理。
8.Quality review at the customer at project pilot phase.
客戶項(xiàng)目投產(chǎn)階段的質(zhì)量檢查。
9.Draw up concept for functional, dimensional and material inspection. Illustration by design and track ECO.
起草功能概念,尺寸和材料檢驗(yàn)方案。插圖設(shè)計(jì)并跟蹤工程變更。
10.Support the customer process audit and product audit.
支持客戶過程審核和產(chǎn)品審核。
11.Analyze the return prototype and deal with the customer complaint with customer service. Draft 8D report and get approval in case of prototype complaints and claims.
退回手工樣件品的分析，協(xié)助客服處理顧客的投訴。針對(duì)客戶手工樣件投訴，起草8D報(bào)告，并得到批準(zhǔn)。
12.Any other works assigned by supervisors.
上級(jí)指定的其他任何工作。
Requirement
1. Above Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering and the relevant.
機(jī)械工程、汽車工程以及相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。
2.More than 5 years related Roof quality working experience. Familiar with PPAP, Control Plan, 8D, MSA, SPC.
5年以上天窗質(zhì)量工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉PPAP, Control Plan, 8D, MSA, SPC。
3. Familiar with TS16949, Process Audit and Product Audit.
熟悉TS16949，過程審核和產(chǎn)品審核。
4.Experience and Good coordination with automotive OEM, FAW-VW, SGM, Daimler, BMW is preferred.
與汽車行業(yè)主機(jī)廠（FAW-VW, SGM, Daimler, BMW）有良好合作關(guān)系、經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
5.Thorough knowledge of APQP, Quality Engineering and Supplier Management.
熟悉APQP, 質(zhì)量工程以及供應(yīng)商管理。
6.Ability to work under the challenge and pressure.
具有一定的挑戰(zhàn)能力和抗壓能力。
7.Exceptional organizational and communication skills with Fluent English in verbal and writing.
