設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)

崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)大型景觀、規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目的方案主創(chuàng)及總體控制。

1、Responsibility the scheme design and whole contral of large landscape projects.

任職資格：
Requirement:
1、建筑或景觀專業(yè)本科或以上學(xué)歷；
Minimum bachelor degree in Architecture;
2、歐美外籍人士，年齡在35歲以上；
Foreign nationality, above 35 years old;
3、從事本專業(yè)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)工作8年以上，并獨(dú)立主持過大中型工程項(xiàng)目從方案至擴(kuò)初以上的設(shè)計(jì)過程；
Minimum 8 years of working experience in the related field, management of medium and large scale projects from concept scheme to expanded preliminary design independently;
4、具有本專業(yè)比較扎實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)；
Having excellent theoretical basis in Landscape designing;
5、具有較強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)作能力、控制能力及表達(dá)能力；
Having strong project invention ability, control ability and oral and written communication skills;
6、具有良好的溝通學(xué)習(xí)能力及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；
Good at communicating with others, in teamwork spirit and having a good learning capacity;
7、熟練掌握計(jì)算機(jī)繪圖技術(shù)及其他基本計(jì)算機(jī)工作軟件。
Good skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.

待遇：
1、年薪：50萬以上。
