Responsibilities:
In charge of maize seed production (fertilizing, irrigating, harvest and field management etc) to provide F1 seeds for breeding research and basic seeds.
負(fù)責(zé)玉米種子制種生產(chǎn)（施肥、澆灌、收獲及田間管理等）為公司玉米育種研發(fā)提供F1代種子及其他玉米自交、雜交種子。
Requirements:
1. Master’s degree majored in agriculture, agronomy etc； 農(nóng)學(xué)、作物栽培與耕種、植物遺傳育種等專(zhuān)業(yè)碩士以上學(xué)歷。
2. At least with 2-3 years experiences in maize field planting and production. 最好有2-3年玉米大田種植、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Good communication skills both in written and oral Chinese and English.良好的中英文溝通能力，可以與外國(guó)專(zhuān)家有效溝通。
4. Literate at computer Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, etc.良好的計(jì)算機(jī)能力。
5. Honest, reliable, a hard field worker. 誠(chéng)實(shí)可信，勤奮的田間工作者。
6. Willing to travel occasionally especially winter in Hainan. 能適應(yīng)偶爾的出差及冬季在海南工作。
8. Have driving license is a plus. 有駕駛執(zhí)照優(yōu)先
*This maize production supervisor will be sent to France for a 6 months ‘training. Candidates must be fluent in English.
