設(shè)計院擁有一支技術(shù)素質(zhì)高、專業(yè)配套齊全、技術(shù)裝備先進、經(jīng)驗豐富而精干的設(shè)計隊伍。專業(yè)技術(shù)人員300余人；其中擁有高級職稱人員49人；一級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)師20人；一級注冊建筑師20人，注冊公用設(shè)備工程師6人；電氣工程師2人，以及注冊城市規(guī)劃師7人；水、電、空各項專業(yè)配套設(shè)備齊全，綜合實力雄厚。堅持“揚科研優(yōu)勢，創(chuàng)優(yōu)秀設(shè)計”的辦院方針，多年來我院設(shè)計了大量的各種類型各具特色的多、高層建筑，完成了一批配套完善的小區(qū)規(guī)劃及大中型建設(shè)項目。
